Q: What time can I expect delivery of my Botany Bundle?
A: We deliver all bouquets Monday - Saturday between 10am and 6pm. If you are a business that closes at 5pm you may request by 5pm. Please make this clear in additional delivery information. Our delivery team takes the most efficient route to ensure all deliveries are made meaning we are not able to offer timed delivery slots.
Q: Can I choose the flowers and colours in my LITTLE ($25) or LUXE ($50) bundle?
A: We design all weekly bouquets by choosing the colours and flowers depending on what is good quality and in season. If you would like to choose your own colours and flowers, you can order our bespoke 'BOUQUET OF THE DAY' starting from $50 plus delivery from our main website here.
Q: I am not located in your delivery area. Can you still deliver to me?
A: We can only deliver our Botany Bundles to our stated delivery areas.
Q: Can I send a message on a gift card with my bouquet?
A: Yes! We attach a gift card to every bouquet meaning you can let them know how you feel and sign your name (if you wish!)
